I had a quote from the founder of Ikea, Ingvar Kamprad were he states :
So I have decided that Tomorrow, ok let me reschedule, Friday I will attempt to divide my day into 10 minute segments and schedule an activity for each 10 minutes of the day.
Running some quick math that would mean with out cutting sleep we would be talking about 96 moments or activities in a 16 hour active day. That is allot of activities to do in a day, just the though of pre-planing my day seems crazy but at the same time seems like it would be very beneficial.
I will update this post after I go through this exercise and provide some insight in to what happens.
