A study from Loughborough University discovered via a 1 year study of 146 mainly sedentary workers that having a sit to stand desk were less anxious and cited improved quality of life after filling out a questioner.
In contrast no notable changes were found for improved job satisfaction cognitive function or absence due to sickness.
The study did mention that those who were given the sit to stand option also found improvements in musculoskeletal problems.
